The pump is a positive displacement rotary lobe pump designed to discharge food and sanitary products from truck tanks as it can be driven by a hydraulic motor. The pump features a compact design, reduced weight and interchangeable connections for easy mounting to the truck. Designed to pump liquid products, with or without fragile solid particles, that need to be gently pumped without damaging the product.

Working Principle
The rotor consists essentially of a double-flap rotor, which rotates synchronously inside the housing without touching each other. As the rotors rotate, the space between the vanes and the casing is filled with product in turn, and a fixed amount of the displaced product is delivered to the discharge nozzle. Due to the gap between the vanes and the pump casing, the pumped product forms a continuous flow, thus ensuring efficient pumping.
Design and Functionality
The pump casing and camber are made of stainless steel. The vane attachment is designed to be sanitary. The shaft is hollow and is equipped with a sanitary mechanical seal. It features easy cleaning and maintenance.
