The Cornucopia multipurpose sanitary hose is formulated for use with fatty foods, wine, beer, potable water, and other related foodstuffs. The white, smooth EPDM tube insures food quality by being odorless and does not alter taste. The UHMWPE outer cover not only dramatically increases the abrasion resistance of the hose but is Antimicrobial and offers increased dragability. A high working temperature allows for the sterilization of the hose with steam at 230°F for 30 minutes, and all hoses are reinforced by high strength synthetic plies with steel wire spirals.
