Operating principle of lobe pump:
Lobe Pump is also referred as colloid pump,rotary pump,three lobe pump,multi-purpose convering pump, and it may be categoried into positive dis-placemet pump.By means of periodic conversion of several conveying units with constant capacity in working space,liquid conveying is realized theoretically.
Mechanical energy of primer motorwould be directly converted into pressure enrgy via pump; flow rate of the pumpis uniquely dependent upon volume variation of the working space and variation frequency within unit time,and is independent to outlet pressure.In fact,material conveying in rotary pump is performed by a pair of rotors ins ynchronous rotation.Specific operating principe is showed as the schematic diagram of operating principle.
