The stirring range of this mixer represents the stirring range of vertical direct motor driven mixers. These agitators are used for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and maintenance processes in the food processing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or chemical industries where powerful and high speed agitation is required. The mixers are usually installed in small volume tanks with a maximum volume of 1.500 liters to handle low viscosity products.

Working Principle
Said agitator is offset by a deflector, or offset, that is usually installed or centered in the tank in a current such that the offset itself prevents the rotation of the agitated product.
The rotation of the propeller causes the fluid to flow along the wall of the tank to the bottom and then to the surface of the product. The effect can be improved if the bottom of the tank is curved.
Agitating the material in the tank vigorously promotes product mixing, while the serrated propeller promotes its dispersion
